Evidently It's True kindly requests that the following be acknowledged before submitting a request:

  • An offering will be taken for Evidently It's True during each session.  Otherwise, an honorarium will be given by the sponsoring church or organization.  This is separate from all other expenses.
  • All travel accommodations (airfare, vehicle rental, lodging, etc.) will be made by Evidently It's True and expensed to the sponsoring church or organization for the speaker and an associate.
  • Meals will be provided by or expensed to the sponsoring church or organization for the speaker and an associate.
  • At least one white screen and sound equipment is available in the venue.
  • Evidently It's True may display and offer its resources at the event for purchase.
  • Non-public access to the venue will be available at least one hour prior to the event to allow for set-up.
  • TV, radio, print and online promotion should be considered prior to the event.
